Continental Outdoor Media used our RSVP Event Management Software to invite over 100 VIP’s to the Johannesburg Good Food and Wine show
104 guests and their partners were invited to attend Gauteng’s premier culinary extravaganza. Held at the Coca-Cola Dome in Northgate, guests were given the opportunity to choose a day that featured a range of celebrity chefs in action. Gourmet experts including Gordon Ramsay, Masterchef Australia winner Adam Liaw and chef to the supermodel Sophie Mitchell. We set up custom tailored fields in our professional RSVP Software, which enabled guests to select the day and timeslot of their choosing.

SA’s largest and most prestigious digital marketing show In its sixth year, the widely anticipated event saw industry experts, including Californian Tom Kelley of IDEO, facilitate discussion around how brands and agencies can use technology to tie in with the consumer’s desire to connect with brands that they respect. A host of other exceptional speakers, including Jeremy Maggs as MC, featured at the highly publicised event. Held at the Vodadome at Vodaworld in Midrand, The RSVP Agency managed all online ticket sales and corporate ticket bookings. 21 of our highly-skilled registration staff were in charge of scanning tickets and accrediting all guests on the day. Importantly, a mobile survey platform was used by The Digital Edge Live for the second year running. This allowed the brand to gain valuable insight into their guests, instantly. Post-event surveys like this enable brands to directly engage with their clients. Baker & McKenzie used our RSVP ‘forward on’ feature at their year-end dinner for 1050 guests Held at The Venue, 20th Floor, Morningside Sandton, in addition our RSVP Event Management Software tracked all accepted guest activity. Baker & McKenzie wanted to send a personalised invitation to their overseas clients. We helped them to do this via our ‘forward on’ feature, a multi-purpose tool that enables brands and individuals to send an electronic invitation directly from their own outbox, simply by selecting the recipients or groups from their contact list. The RSVP Event Management Software then tracks all accepted guests, and automatically compiles an Excel report that shows the individual referral contact as well as the tiers below them. This is an effective way of expanding your client base, and is suited to brands who want to keep their guest lists discreet. Often, consultants want to be able to personalise a message for the individuals they’re inviting – our ‘forward on’ feature lets them do just that. Importantly, PR agencies handling an event prefer that all communication be labelled as coming from them. This enables the media to instantly recognise their invites the moment they land in their inboxes.
