The RSVP Agency had the honour of working with the following clients this month across a variety of exclusive events:

Superior Choices hosted Jaguar’s launch of their F-Type Coupe. The RSVP Agency had the pleasure of handling the RSVP process for the event which took place at the Roy Hesketh Circuit in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The guest list comprised of 51 VIP dealers and sales managers who received their invitations via our RSVP system.

Momentum Health, one of South Africa’s leading health insurance providers recently held their annual Momentum Health Financial Roadshow. The event took place in ten regions across the country, and catered to a mammoth 2390 guests. Our Sesame app was used to check in guests. (This app is available on Android as well as iPad, if you would like to find out more contact us)  In addition, The RSVP Agency sent out SMS reminders on the day of each event with information about the various venues, as well as providing printed name tags for attendees.

Johannesburg based event agency Tinderbox managed telecommunication giant Huawei’s – official launch of their Ascend P7 Smartphone at The Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel in Sandton. The prestigious launch was held on the 26 June and had 605 guests in attendance. The RSVP Agency sent out the invitations (see picture below). Guests were checked in with our Sesame iPad/Android registration software – making for a seamless and professional registration process.

One of South Africa’s leading banking institutions, Nedbank  held their internal Leadership Conference. 195 staff members attended the conference that focused on ‘planning, preparing and executing to win’.Our onsite registration app and professional hostesses ensured that the registration process was in line with Nedbank’s focus on efficiency.

The RSVP Agency had the honour of organising the 2014 Wawela Music Awards, an annual event held by the South African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO) in order to honour and award Mzansi’s finest composers for their local and international musical contribution. Some of the industry-heavyweights in attendance were: Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Sibongile Khumalo, Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuza, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, The Muffinz, PJ Powers and Hip Hop Pantsula. We conducted on-site registration via our iPad app and professional hostesses, and sent out 260 invitations with our RSVP software.

Witch and Wizards Productions hosted a viewing of Transformers: Age of Distinction for guests of Western Star and Freightliner at the Montecasino cinemas. The Transformer franchise is famous for its use of robots embodied in futuristic vehicles, with the latest instalment featuring both a Western Star and Freightliner truck. We sent the 265 guests (comprised of dealers and customers) invitations via our RSVP event management system, and then checked them in via our iPad app. We compiled an event report as soon as registration had closed, which enabled out client to present personalised, engraved trophies to their guests.
