It’s been a month of exclusive affairs and high-end gatherings

We have been kept very busy as of recent and with some pretty exciting projects. These projects have seen us assisting some of the heavyweights in the corporate world with their event planning, everything from awards to the regular AGM’s, and this has once again proven that our service offering is a real value-add to any kind of event. Here is a sneak peek into what’s been keeping us on our toes:

Baobab Events recently held a seminar for multinational electrical company Schneider Electric in the form of an interactive breakfast. This innovative event for the industry-leading power company saw a massive 2041 invitations sent and managed by The RSVP Agency. In addition, Baobab Events co-ordinated the SMYLE function, a product seminar with a guest list of 600 PAX and relied on our management of this event too.

International corporate divisions often use The RSVP Agency to assist with events abroad as local suppliers do not match the RSVP software and professionalism. Energy giant, Sasol Qatar, being one of these – they recently held an exclusive Awards Ceremony in their hometown of Qatar and we were managing the invitation process in both English and Arabic. Guests included dignitaries, VIP’s, the Minister and the award winners.

Bestmed is one of South Africa’s leading medical aid providers and they recently held their 50th Annual General Meeting and called The RSVP Agency in for assistance. 1596 Invitations were sent and we stepped in to specifically assist with late registration at this all day event in Pretoria.

Superior Choices – a Pretoria based events and branding agency – hosted the exciting Simola Hillclimb for luxury vehicle brand Jaguar. The star-studded affair was held at Knysna’s Simola Country Estate, and comprised of the who’s who of South Africa. We are talking about A-list celebrities, clothing designers and other high-profile guests who expected nothing short of superior quality from every aspect of this event for such an exclusive brand. The day time festivities were followed by the ‘Jaguar Alive’ exclusive evening party held at the upmarket Turbine Hotel in the picturesque town of Knysna. The RSVP Agency had a handle on the names and numbers of this top-notch event.

Khenda marketing hosted the launch of Total South Africa’s Move-it, Moving Matters Programme that saw 106 guests in attendance. Moving Matters is a programme catering to South African learners in 40 schools that encourages and facilitates the on-going participation in physical activity. The RSVP Agency was on call to ensure that from start to finish the message was heard by the correct people.

Double Option hosted the SANAS World Accreditation Day event. 150 Industry professionals were invited to attend the event which formed part of a global initiative to create awareness around the National Accreditation System. The RSVP Agency was on-board to ensure this event received the correct audience for their important message and to assist with accreditation held at the OR Tambo Southern Sun Hotel.
